Changing demand for flour premix in the South East Asian region

Cereal Foods World 53:A14 Consumer trends on the use of premix by manufacturers, bakers, and households will be presented. The analysis will identify the types of products currently available in the different markets of the region and discuss other potential products. The health and nutrition of wheat based products will also be discussed including Government regulations on labelling and health claims.
