Abstract Presenter Registration Deadline
Presenters of a submitted abstract MUST register by September 26, 2022 or the abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting.
Cereals & Grains 22 Safety Protocols
The health and safety of our attendees, presenters, exhibitors, and staff is the top priority for Cereals & Grains Association. Our policies for the 2022 meeting will be based on guidelines from the CDC, our meeting location, and the event venue.
Specifically, we will require that all onsite attendees are fully vaccinated OR can provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of picking up your badge onsite to enter the meeting. If you have received or plan to receive the vaccine before you travel, please upload a copy of your vaccination card now. If you are not vaccinated, you will be asked to provide proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours when you pick up your badge onsite. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations MUST be made in writing and received by Cereals & Grains Association no later than October 7, 2022. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee. Registration cancellations received after October 7, 2022, are NOT subject to a refund. You may transfer your registration to another member of your organization.

Expected Behavior Policy
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free meeting experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. We ask all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, guests and other participants be considerate and respectful to all members and refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Please note, if you register a guest for the meeting, you may be held responsible for the actions of the guest. Violations of this policy should be reported to meeting staff.
Cereals & Grains Association reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any Cereals & Grains Association sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in Cereals & Grains Association. Any course of action recommended by Cereals & Grains Association is final.
*Each sponsoring company at a level of $5,000+ is entitled to one (1) complimentary registration. Additional sponsors must pay the full sponsor rate.
**By joining Cereals & Grains Association with your meeting registration, you will receive the member registration rate PLUS one year of Cereals & Grains Association professional, early career, or student membership (valued at $166, $95, and $52 respectively).
