Student Association Product Development Competition​​​

​​The Student Association Product Development Competition will take place at Cereals & Grains 23! 

The Student Association Product Development Competition (PDC) is organized by members of the Cereals & Grains Student Association and sponsored by Cereals & Grains Association sponsors. The PDC provides an invaluable opportunity for students to apply knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to create food products for the real consumers. The competition encourages innovative thinking and promotes the connection between academic research and industrial production. This year, students work individually or in teams to develop a novel plant-based alternative for cereal-based food products containing at least (1) underutilized cereal/legume ingredient and one upcycled ingredient from NETZERO​™. ​

AUGUST 30 – Submit Product Report.​

OCTOBER 18-20 – Winners are notified and recognized at the Cereals & Grains Association Annual Meeting​
