AACC International Milling & Baking Division Spring Technical Conference
Milling & Baking: An International Perspective
April 20-22, 2016
With a major west coast grain exporting terminal as the backdrop to our meeting, the emphasis will be on international issues pertaining to end-use quality, and milling and baking topics in international grain utilization. There will also be discussions of domestic (i.e. U.S.) topics.
Presentations will be made by both AACCI members and those working in international grain trade and use. Also included are optional tours of the Wheat Marketing Center and a grain export terminal on the Columbia River. Program questions? Contact Art Bettge, AACCI Milling & Baking Division Chair, at
