About the Division
The Food Safety and Quality Division exists to advance and encourage scientific and technical research on Food Safety and Quality that will improve the application of technology and design of programs, equipment, and personnel practices. The Division will provide a forum to bring this information together, review and organize it on the basis of its scientific merit and make it available, through technical meetings, conferences, and publications.
