Amylopectin it is time to give way
Amylose is high and here to stay
Resistant starch is hard to beat
Applications will take a front row seat
Butyrate in my gut is great
Diabetes beware of your fate
Bryson said discoveries have been denied validity, importance, and wrongly credited
Let us learn from history and not be repetitive
To write about wheat starch you make think is funny
But High Amylose future is sunny and good for my tummy
