The global food supply is a complex system. Evidence from different systems, geographies, and stakeholders shows how an integrated approach can enhance the resilience of transportation infrastructure networks and, consequently, global food supply chains.
There are many forms of contamination that can affect grain quality from the farm through processing before they are ready for consumption. Of these forms, biological contamination of grain can be a significant threat to human and animal health.

Mycotoxins pose a serious threat to public health. Performing routine analyses reduces the risk of contamination and product recalls by reducing and removing raw materials that test positive for mycotoxins and verifying compliance with legal limits.
