Weather
Providence temperatures in October will vary from the 60-70s°F/21-15°C during the day to the 40-50s°F/10-5°C during the evening. Reminder – pack for both the indoors and outdoors; meeting rooms tend to be cool.
Photo Release
Photographs will be taken at the 2014 AACCI Annual Meeting. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow AACCI to use your photo in any of their publications or websites.
Media
Members of the media are extended complimentary registration to the meeting.
Student Travel Awards
Again this year, students can apply for an AACCI Student Travel Award as part of the abstract submission process. Applicants must be an AACCI student member, submit an accepted abstract, register, and present a poster or oral session during the 2014 annual meeting to be eligible.
